Refund policy
We want you to love every product you purchase from Merlei. If you are not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:

In original packaging,

In resellable condition.
To start a return, email us at desireecomlimited@gmail.com with your order number and photos if necessary.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange request.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable items, and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or sent in error.
